The wife and I decided to swing by Best Buy for the big opening, and I must say, we were VERY pleased by the effort the young employees were making. Granted, many of them have quite a bit to learn with regard to the technology (I'm a telecom engineer with Masters degree), BUT that being said the effort they showed is by far more important. I encourage people to show as much positive feedback as possible to these young adults -- a few moments of your time will likely pay off in the future.

The staff is very helpful indeed! They are all very nice and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience this morning.

I just spent about $1,200 on a computer and software and had one of the best experiences ever doing so. I'm in IT staffing and I found the young employees well informed and eager not just to make a sale, but to be curteous, friendly, funny and helpful in every way. I'll be back!
