| I was in DCRA today, and was behind a guy who was getting permits for a new Papa John's at 1417 Otis. I didnt get to talk to him about time frame, but regardless, it looks like we've got one coming! |

| Columbia Heights is a really good place to live if you like pizza. We have RedRocks, Pete's Apizza, Moroni Bros. a bit to the north, Radius in Mt. Pleasant, and now Papa Johns. |
