Has anyone had experience buying real estate from the Monarch Novelty Company? Are they the last honest family-run company in this city or do they operate in a nether world? They will be offering several (3+) fee simple vacant properties in our hood for sale in the upcoming months with no realtors, no commissions, as-is, make us an offer.
Also: has anyone used hard-money financing or construction loans? I know that the people reading this forum have had a wealth of different experiences and would appreciate any insight. Thank you-
