In today's Washington Post magazine, there's a photo of Scholl's Georgian Cafeteria on 14th Street in the Trinity Towers building circa 1946 (where the old variety store was before they renovated it). Juxtaposed with this photo is a picture of Eastern Empire carryout today, located across the street.
