Has this sort of thing happened to anyone else? My building also got tagged with an enormous, out of the blue water bill for a few months, which I am sure is BS, and which WASA has refused to adjust. I am sure it is either a product of incompetence, graft, or both on their part. I am wondering if others are in the same boat -- how widespread is this?

| I am going to email Graham, who knows if effective, but worth a shot. I will CC if I can find info a higher up at WASA. If you (or anyone else) wants me to include your info as evidence that this is a major problem, I will do so when I send the email early next week. Thanks! |

| Meant to add, please send me a PM with info you want to share about your building (even just general info about the problem, so there is more evidence that this is something widespread). Thanks! |
