| Does anyone know which specific location in DC USA the IHOP is going to be located in? I thought it was street level but then I heard it would be in one of those awkward interior spaces (which I think is better anyhow). Also are most IHOPS 24 hours/day? that just seems like a recipe for disaster in this neighborhood. and I love ihop pancakes but I give it 3 months before the violent incident occurs either at the restaurant or by two idiots leaving it. |

Hi Melissa,
I believe the IHOP will be located on the Irving Street side of DCUSA, at the corner of Hiatt Place, on the second floor. Apparently, the owner is a former MDP officer, so that could be a good sign in terms of any potential problems. |

| I think it's supposed to have a ground-floor entrance on Irving Street somewhere, somehow. |
