Home Prices Rise 63%According to a special report by the Washington Post, the 20010 zip code (which includes Columbia Heights and Mt Pleasant) has seen a 63% boost in housing prices in 2005.  This is the largest percentage increase in the District.  The median sales price jumped to $487,000.

Median condominium prices in the District rose $40k to $365,750 in 2005.
