| We took advantage of the great weather over the weekend to take some photos of the construction activity at some of the new developments along 14th Street. |
DC USA
The DC USA retail development has made a lot of progress. Most of its steel structure is in place and brick work has begun on the north end of the building. Drew Greenwald, president of the lead developer, Grid Properties, informed us that they are still scheduled to open on March 2008. In July of this year, Target will begin work on its 180,000 square foot retail portion.

Kenyon Square
Facade work on Kenyon Square is nearly complete. Kenyon Square will begin settlement on its residential condominium units this summer. Various retailers will also open doors on its ground level some time this summer.

Highland Park
Highland Park is set to be completed in the spring of 2008. There has been no word on retailers that will be filling its 19,000 square feet of ground level retail space.
