Hoped for/Early discussions underway:
Neighborhood type restaurant with outdoor seating or Coffee House.
On last point, I welcome specific ideas and lobbying. We have a 2,400 sq.ft. space that we are holding out for such use. We are talking up the space but there is still resistance to the neighborhood from restaurant people who think it's still too early. We don't agree.

Pollo Campero - A very popular Latin American chicken eatery.
T-Mobile
Another neighborhood oriented, moderately priced restaurant.
A national ice cream store.
Dry cleaners.
High quality bedding store.
Bank.
Insurance Agency.
