Starbucks, FedEx Kinko's Now Open

Starbucks opened for business today at the Kenyon Square condominium/retail development. Starbucks adds to the growing coffee shop mix along the 14th Street Corridor which includes Mayorga Coffee (Tivoli Square), Dunkin Donuts (Lofts of Columbia Heights), and Caribou Coffee (coming to DC USA).

Retail openings are rolling at Kenyon Square with both Logan @ The Heights restaurant and FedEx Kinko's opening last week. FedEx Kinko's joins The UPS Store at Tivoli Square as another shipping center option in Columbia Heights.

Passed by the Kenyon Square condominium building yesterday and notice that a new "bistro" will be opening next to "The Heights." Do you guys have any information on this?

It is called Royal Blue and will offer Mediterrerean Cuisine. I don't think that it is a chain though. Also, there is no word yet if it will open in the fall with the other stores.
