This free event is a part of “De-stress D.C”, is a social-awareness campaign that empowers Washingtonians to successfully handle the stress in their lives and to do more of the things they love.
The open house will be a chance to meet other people and to mix with professionals from the fields of yoga, meditation, and healthy eating.
